The buyer: We take the time to understand our clients and their needs, no matter how diverse, before introducing them to the best properties to meet their requirements. Once we have found your Dream House and when it comes to a final agreement we will make a sales contract stipulated by the Spanish Law. This contract you will have all details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property Also the payments agreements. Before and After signing of this contract we will investigate all paperwork. After signing at the notary we will change alle services/utilities into your name. We will do this as part of our services. A short summary of the costs, besides the price of the house: • Transfer Tax – 10% • Notary Costs – 2% • Costs for transferring utility services like electricity and water company will depend on the company itself! We will provide you an exact summary of costs. The seller: We make sure that the sale of your property is handled with care, discretion, and professionalism every step of the way. We will make a presentation of your property and will place this on our website on the presentation screen in our office and we will send it to our offices in Russia and Scandinavia. Besides this we work together with local and national estate agents and they will receive our newest properties including a full presentation. We will manage viewings and advise on the sale of your property from start until completion. We will present ever offer that is made to you, and as we know that securing an offer is not the end of a sale but where the hard work really begins, our sales teams are constantly available , so that together we can overcome any challenges that arise. Once there is an agreement we will make a sales contract, based on the spanish law where In this contract all details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property and all payments are specified. After the signing of this contract our layer will take over this process and he is going to investigate all paperwork.
